  • Analyze: Root cause identification (Ishikawa, 5 Whys), hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression.
  • Improve: Idea generation, solution evaluation, and optimization through DOE and PFMEA.
  • Control: Control Plan, control charts for prevention, and Lessons Learned.
  • Review and Final Testing.
