QRQC

QRQC is an acronym for „Quick Response to Quality Concerns” or „Quick Response to Customer Complaints.” It represents a method for managing problems and taking rapid measures to resolve deficiencies in a production environment or any organization oriented toward efficiency.

Unlike other methods, QRQC emphasizes presence at the location where the problem occurred (Genba), analyzing the actual parts (Genbutsu), and using real-time data (Genjitsu). It is a pragmatic approach aimed at the immediate treatment of anomalies to minimize the impact on the customer and internal processes.
